This time, keep in mind the importance of Supply and Demand, the importance of Marketing, R & D Research and Development, (and capital investment {not part of the course}. This is for marks, here is the marks breakdown: If you play a Short Game and get a Performance Index Score of 60+ you get 3/5
If you play a Medium Game and get a Performance Index of 50+ you get 3/5
If you play a Short Game and get a P.I. of 90+, you receive 4/5
If you play a Medium Game and get a P.I. of 80+ you receive 4/5
If you play either a Short, Medium, or Long game and get 100+ you will get 5/5
(If you try 2 games and still can't score a high Performance Index, you will still receive a 3/5)

Talk on new business technology and how it can help your business
Assignment: You are to use chapter 13 in your textbook and the internet to research how technology can help your business. For this assignment you can look at how technology can help business in general, as well as your specific business. (wireless printers, gps tracking of inventory, computer conferencing etc).
You are to create a PowerPoint presentation highlighting how NEW technology can help business. In other words, explain how a new technology can save time, money, space, or make life easier for business.
Your PowerPoint must touch on several different technologies, have a non-default background, include pictures, sound, and run automatically with proper timing. Or you may make a Video, Prezi with sound or comparable equivalent.
This assignment is to help teach you about new technology, increase your competitive edge, and help improve your proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint.

In General, you cannot Patent anything that is considered common basic designs such as boots, collars, or buttons.

You are now 19 years old. You are going to move out on your own.
You are to create a REALISTIC monthly budget for yourself at 19. You
need to pick a job (realistic), how much you will make and how much you
will spend. To find out how much rent is, go onto Craigslist or some
other site to find something appropriate. You may have a roommate if
you wish. Make sure you think of all things you will spend $ on: food,
clothes, going out, presents, entertainment, medicine, insurance etc.

You will start to trade stocks using Investopedia, a stock trading simulator that uses the real stock market and is exactly like trading using your bank. Everyone will start with $100,000 (U.S.) and we will who makes the most money. There is a prize for first place, second place, and the person who has the most 'Diversified' portfolio.
Please sign up for Invesopedia and start a Simulator game. Please help each other if you can and I will help tomorrow if you can't get started but make sure you sign up.
